What are the payment options?
You have different payment options. You can choose for PayPall, Banktransfer, Giropay, Ideal and Bancontact.
Where do you ship to?
Everywhere! Due to COVID-19 there are possible some delays but you can order your print from everywhere in the world.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every print will be shipped with a tracking code. You can check the whereabouts of your precious baby from the moment it is delivered at the postal service.
What is the average shipment and delivery time?
The print is ready to be shipped within 3 till 5 working days. Depending on your location there will be a different shipping time. The prints are sent from the Netherlands. Delivery within the Netherlands takes a maximum of 5 working days, within Europe 5 to 10 working days, outside Europe 5 to 15 working days. Note: Due to the situation surrounding COVID-19, delivery may unexpectedly take longer.
What are the shipment costs?
Netherlands Pick up: Free
Netherlands Shipment: € 5,99
Europe: € 15,99
Rest of the world: € 19,99
Can I pick up the print?
Yes, absolutely! If you live in the Netherlands or visiting the Netherlands you definitely can. The pick-up location is in Dordrecht, Zuid-Holland. You’ll receive the exact pick-up location when ordering the print. I’m not always at the office so make sure you contact me to make an appointment.
I want a photo printed that is not offered as a print, is that possible?
Yes, each photo is available as a print. If you want to order a photo as a print that has not been added to the print shop, please contact me. Indicate which photo you want to receive as a print and what the desired size is.
Can I order a photography print in a different size?
That is possible. The available sizes are standard European sizes. Are you looking for a different size? No problem! Fill in the contact form and let me know the desired size.
What is the quality of the poster?
The prints are printed by a professional printing center on Fuji Professional DPII Luster paper.
This paper has the following features:
– 200 g / m2 thick paper
– Very fine surface structure and therefore very suitable for framing
– Little sensitive to fingerprints, dust and scratches
– The silky layer gives the photo print a picturesque effect
– Luster is also called “satin” or “matte”
Can I order a print whit a frame?
To make sure the posters are shipped without any problem or damage I only offer prints without a frame. If you want any recommendations about a suitable frame I can definitely give you some advice.
Can I return my photo print?
I think it is very important that you are 100% satisfied with your order. That is why I give a satisfaction guarantee with every ordered photo print. Is there a production error in the print? Then you can return the print free of charge. Is the print not what you had in mind or did you order the wrong size? Please contact me for the possibilities.
